 The Yogi government is completing one successful year of its second term on 25th March. On this occasion, Yogi Ji became the first Chief Minister of the state to hold the post of Chief Minister for 6 consecutive years and 6 days. State Employees Joint Council President JN Tiwari, Smt. Aruna Shukla, TN Chaurasia, Aditya Narayan Jha, Niranjan Kumar Srivastava, Narayan ji Dubey, Virendra Veer Yadav on completion of 1 year of Yogi government and 6 years and 06 days of Chief Minister , Smt. Arpana Awasthi, Indrajit Singh, Om Prakash Pandey, Akhilesh Singh, Rajesh Kumar Srivastava, along with dozens of staff leaders of the United Council have congratulated the Chief Minister. 


In the Yogi _2 government, an investment of 33.50 lakh crores has come into the state, which is unique in itself. With this investment, new industries will be set up in the state, due to which, on the one hand there will be development of the state. On the other hand, unemployment will also reduce. The government has made a plan to provide employment opportunities to more than 93 lakh people. The government aims to provide employment to almost every household to provide a source of income. In the Yogi government, the contract employees have been given relief by revising the contract amount of thousands of contract employees of the state. Three installments of dearness allowance and dearness relief have been paid to the employees and pensioners. Instructions have been given by the Chief Secretary to discuss the problems of the employees with the office bearers of the organizations, 220000 Asha Bahus, Anganwadis of the state have. The honorarium of cooks, PRD jawans, home guards has also been increased during this one year. JN Tiwari said outsourcing  policy is my  priority. I am continuously corresponding with the respected Chief Minister on this subject. I am continuously demanding the guarantee of service for 60 years and equal pay to the outsourced employees. Soon the result will come out.


 Marriages of more than 200,000 girls have also been made under the Chief Minister's Marriage Scheme. The government is working with zero tolerance on corruption/crime. 18000 crore has been seized from the mafias. Emphasis has been laid on women empowerment by introducing Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangal Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana. 30000 women constables have been recruited. The transfer industry has been closed by the Yogi government. Transparency has been brought in transfers and transfers are being done on the basis of merit.


 Expressing satisfaction over the 1-year tenure of the Yogi _2 government, the State Employees Joint Council, State Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy Chief Minister Brijesh Pathak, Keshav Prasad Maurya, Cabinet Ministers Suresh Khanna, Jitin Prasad, Social Welfare Minister independent charge Aseem Arun along with the Yogi cabinet. Congratulations to all the ministers and officers and the employees of the state who played a key role in making the schemes of the government successful.


JN Tiwari's appeal to the Chief Minister is also that the state employees of the state are engaged whole heartedly in running all the schemes of the government with full loyalty and honesty. Therefore, taking cognizance of some problems related to the employees, it is also necessary to solve them. Determination of minimum wage policy, especially for outsourcing employees, regularization of contract employees, payment of 18-month season dearness allowance, restoration of city compensation allowance abolished during the Corona period, new pension by the central government. While implementing the amendments made to the scheme, opening the option of going to the old pension scheme, etc. has also been requested to consider the important demands of the employees.
