The SGPGI All Employees Welfare Association was established to address these concerns. In the meeting, a consensus was reached, and 28 office bearers were nominated from different staff categories of the institution. Dharmesh Kumar was appointed as the President, Seema Shukla as the General Secretary, and Ram Lakhan as the Treasurer of the Association. The executive committee includes D.K. Singh, Saroj Verma, C.L. Verma, K.K. Tiwari, Rajkumar, Virendra Yadav, Ajay Srivastava, Amar Singh, Madan Murari, Nirupama Singh, Archana Sinha, Himanshu Patel, R.K.
